This year’s annual AGM and conference will take place from 12-13 May 2016 at the award winning Slieve Donard Resort and Spa, Newcastle in County Down.

The conference theme is Vision to lead, resilience to cope and includes inspiring sessions by:

  • Leading psychologist Shane Martin, who will show how learning self-help psychology skills leads to empowerment, recovery and happiness.
  • Mindfulness and success coach Brenda Shankey will explain strategies for coping with stress, anxiety and fear, and how to achieve your career targets.
  • Carecall, an independent counselling service that helps organisations manage mental health in the workplace, will demonstrate the Headspace programme.
